While Googling the brew pressure profile, I found this and I am intrigued! It is interesting to see how that barista uses a concave piece to level the ground. If I was doing it, I would level the grounds in a circular motion.

I am sitting here watching Stephen’s round. I like the way he tamps, and pulling two doubles at the same time. His action is swift and precise. Although he was surprised with a little setback while making his sig drinks, he quickly recovered and moved on. He moved on alright, to the final six!
