In shape with JavaFit! You dig??

Hmmm, is Javalution trying to cash in the multibillion dollar weight loss business? It claims that its JavaFit “gourmet coffee” can help you burn fat and stay in shape. Because JavaFit is a “proprietary blend”, Javalution commands that you pay twice as much for a 12oz bag of coffee beans than from your favorite local coffee shop. I try not to bash JavaFit too much. You will be the judge for that.

I believe the only way to achieve your fitness goal is through the proper diet and exercise regularly. There is nobody or a magic pill will help you to loose weight, except that you get up with your lazy arse and hit the gym. Be responsible for your own well being. You can do it!

You gotta love these new diet-blends or over caffinated blends.

Theres a great analogy I picked up at a hypnosis group once. If a sniper is off target by a single degree at a hundred yards he will miss the target by (relatively) 10 degrees. This is the basic idea of people and life. You get where you are going because you're angle of living has taken you there, ever so slowly, but you got there none the less of your own volition. If all you do in your life is course correct ever so slightly over time you will meet and exceed your intended destination.

Kick some ass buddy and if you ever need some critiquing on a plan, the ex-personal trainer in me loves to help. ;)

I read this in the Washington Post: A study presented at the Experimental Biology Expo in San Francisco is holding out promise that coffee drinkers might someday be able get a bit more than the usual boost from their favored brew . Ron Mendel, president of the Ohio Research Group and the director of exercise science at Mount Union College, presented a double-blind study that suggests JavaFit, a "high-energy, fat-burning gourmet coffee" can help reduce body fat and weight.

Of course we have to still eat good and exercise, but I bet this stuff makes it easier. I found it at the Vitamin Shoppe for 14 bucks, I spend more than that in a week at Starebucks. Taste pretty good too. I am sold on it!!!

i agree - of course there's no magic diet pill or drink. that's the problem with most people these days - they swear they can pop some pills, sit on the couch eating bons bons and still lose weight. its ridiculous! But... being a female, and knowing how hard it is to sometimes lose those last couple of lbs, sometimes you just need some help when you've hit a diet plateau. at that point, i think something like javafit just might be useful.. besides.. i really do spend more than that at starbucks too
