It lets me surf the net, internet calling my friends, and it plays my music and video files. How cool is that? This model is on sale right now to make way for the newer version N810, that has built-in GPS and a slide open keyboard for MSRP US$479.00.
I got my N800 for US$239.oo from Buy.com.

Nice! I snagged an N770 for About $140 a little while ago. I like it, I just wish I was more of Linux geek to be able to really trick it out.

Steve, I have only added maemo mapper and mplayer so far. I tend to use my phone for stuff through the day, but I can see myself using the internet tablet at hotspots, etc while travelling.
