
I have just finish the first third of this program. It is not quite as intense as The 300 Workout, but it does confuse the muscles and makes them work harder. I’ve notice the difference even without any protein supplement (usually people notice the change in the 1st 30 days then plateau-ing). The next 3 weeks with the heavier weights, and continuing to shock the muscles. After the 9 week program, I may just take on that 300 workout.
