Oh well, we can’t always get what we want. I guess…I just hope that they didn’t drag their feet with all these times wasted, and then told me that they would not invest a penny in that space...If I ever find my way up to Toronto, I will give you a holler for sure! Hope all is well for you and your endeavor!

You know, almost everyone I know, when they went to buy a house, the first deal always fell through. The next one turns out to be much better. I'll bet that will be the case for you too!
